First Looks
Remember I posted a while back about my trip to Jonker Street?
This post is a glance at my latest model, The Sushi Cube.
Why cube? Well it actually transforms into one. More pics later =) This pic is from my hp btw. Very the unclear!

Solid-ly yours.
This is another assignment we had, which was before the Skeletal Construction assignment below. This time, we had to spend around RM150 to build a solid structure, with arches and whatnot, with tiny blocks, almost like Lego. For binding them together, we used Sticky Tack, as cement. It was really tough, but worthwhile! =)

Skeletal-ly yours.
Ahh, finally I can breathe again. Sem 3 is kinda over, now on study break. Exams and submissions are still on my calendar. DAMN!!
So anyway, a week ago we had a project named Skeletal Construction, whereby we were supposed to use a softwood named balsa, and construct a structure that is supposed to stand our body weight for 30 sec. Yes! Human weight! And we have a 50/50 percent chance that our model will break. Mind you, balsa wood is NOT cheap; RM2 per stick! Roughly our model came up to around RM50. Pictures below:-
Model - Completed.

We took around 2 weeks to complete that model, and the final days we stayed up in college till the library closed. Beat that nerds! Muahahaha!

Minutes before Judgement Time.

My teammates, Choong Wai and Daniel, speculating wheter to really risk life to stand on it.
Choong Wai explaining the model again, after I had already explained to the class. =.=
Minutes before Judgement Time.
A A3 board is placed on top of the model for our 'weight' to stand on.
Our 'weight' looks like hes jumping onto the model! He's not tho, I'd kill him if he did!
30 seconds, 29 seconds, 28 seconds....
And the 26th second, it broke! RM50 down the drain!
Haihz, sad case! ='(
