I was on my way back on Monday from college, it was the fine day of May 21, which was THE day Maroon 5's sophomore album hit the shelves. I went to SS15 in the morning, which was when I heard that Hitz.FM was giving out the CD, and some malay guy just won. I was happy for the guy, but heck, I was jealous as hell. So I was on my way back, and incidently, I turned on the radio to Hitz.FM again, and the cue-to-call was on, and I decided to give it a try.

First attempt - Failed

Second attempt - Failed

Third attempt - Got through - YATAAAA!

"Hello this is Hitz.FM, whats your name sir?"

"Er...er...Hamilton"

"Whaaat? Ha-zip-ton?"

"No-no, Hamilton, as in the F1 racer, Luis Hamilton."

"Ok, your telephone number sir?"

"016-222****"

"We'll call you back later to get your details"

"Oh sure sure!"

"Ohhh, ok, now you've won the CD, I want you to act all suprised and shit kay?"

"For sure!"

"We're back on Hitz.Fm and with the Maroon 5's latest album It Won't Be Soon Before Long, and I have a guy named Hamilton here who just won the CD, say woohoo man!"

"Er..woo ho?"

"NO, its WOOOHOOO!"

"Ok fine, WOOHOOOO!!"

So there it was, my voice on the radio for the very second time, the first time, or rather my virgin debut on the radio was when my sister ask me to call them and ask them to play Backstreet Boys - Backstreets Back, but when I called them, I stammered and asked for Backstreets Backstreet - Back Boys! Wahahahha!

Well, after that, I waited and waited for their call, every single day. I was becoming paranoid. Imagine, my favorite band's CD, and I got it for free, and yet, I don't have it! 3 days passed, and they haven't called me, so I called them! They told me to be patient, and that they'd call on Monday.

And so they did! I recieved the call at noon, gave them my details, and woohoo indeed, I got it today!! But the sad part was, they still forgot my name. ZzZzZ!
